Camber kits?
Not yet. There may be a universal kit out there somewhere...From what? Zero? A little negative camber is actually a good thing, and improves handling. Actually, Lexus says the camber is not adjustable. Take your car in for an alignment (which I assume you've done when you say that Goodyear told you that) and you can verify this. Toe is adjustable, but not camber.

Somebody's feeding you garbage. See chart below for alignment specs. There is no way you have + or - 2.4 degrees of camber unless something is bent on the suspension.
Correcting camber errors consists of measuring the suspension pieces and replacing the one(s) not meeting specs. Camber plates will do nothing because we have double wishbone suspension, and there are no kits (yet) that allow you to adjust alignment on the RWD platforms.
I was especially dismayed to discover this. The JZA80 Supra has fully adjustable alignment on both ends of the car. I expected the same on the IS, but it isn't so.

You're going to need to fabricate something if you want to get back to something like normal. If you've got more than -2.0 degrees of camber, you might not like the handling. Some say it may cause edge wear as well, but that has not been my experience if the toe is correct.
