Headlight: 9004. Sylvania Xtravision for best light output. Sylvania SilverStar if you prefer ultra-white light vs. the yellow output of normal halogen. HID retrofit for $400-500 is also an option.
Parking light: 168. OEM was Sylvania, I replaced it with the same brand. Costs $2/pair at auto parts store.

HAVEN'T HAD THE CHANCE TO CHANGE MY LIGHTS YET. ITS BEEN HELLA DAYS. BUT HERE'S A PIC OF THE LS HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY.
WHICH SCREWS WILL REMOVE THE HEADLIGHT AND FOGLIGHT, WHAT ARE THE OTHER SCREWS, AND WHAT IS THE MODEL NUMBER FOR THE FOG LIGHTS.
ANY HELP APPRECIATED.
