Any Ideas out there?
My 1992 sc300 starts and runs perfect when cold. Once driven and warm and shut off will start and then shut right down (2-3 seconds).
Could it be the coolant sensor?

Most likely not the coolant sensor...
So, are you saying that when you start it cold, it will stay running forever, even when it gets hot, and that when you start it when its already hot, it will only start for just a few seconds and then turn itself back off??
If so, you have a few potential candidates... Have you tried depressing the accelerator just a little while starting it when warm? Any change if so? Are there any warning lights on the dashboard? Does coolant temperature appear normal while driving and when you attempt to start it when warm? How long does the car have to sit before it will start again? Once it starts and dies, have you retried starting it? Does it ever start, or do you have to wait for it to completely cool down first? Aside from the no start when warm, does the car drive good?
Try and answer those and we'll get back to ya...

When cold it starts and continues to run great and forever until turned off. Then it will start right up but immediatly shut off (2-3 seconds). It will continue to do this until I let it sit for around 30-60 min. depending on how hot a day it is.
There are no dash lights or gauge indicators showing anything wrong and the temp gauge shows the car running fine when it was shut off.
When it does this and shuts itself off, its just like the key was turned off, doesn't chug or run rough, just shuts off like you had turned the key off.
Thats why I thought it might be some kind of sensor that was heat related. but it is strange that it doesn't shut off when running awhile and warm.

It sounds like a vapor lock or fuel pressure/venting problem. I'd also be interested in what happens if you try to start it warm with the accel partially depressed.
