I used Lexol cleaner/conditioner yesterday and I was surprised at the dirt it took out of my front seats. It really cleans well and restores that wanted "softness." There are a lot of other good products out there for leather, just don't buy anything cheap. I recommend the Lexol products.

Welcome to the club! With a name like Lexol, you HAVE to think that it's the product of choice for Lexus (yes, I know Lexol has been out for like, Avogadro's number of years.....well, that could be an exagerration, but a long time before Lexus was even a gleam in Toyota's corporate eye).

I have Lexol as well, but im kinda curious, how many times is really the most u should/could clean ur leather a year? I dont want to do any damage to my leather by cleaning it too much, thanks

I'm not sure how many times per year is good for my leather.
I usually clean it every three months and I think if I rub it too hard or too offten they may be damaged.

I have begun to clean mine once a month now as I noticed that clothing, etc. does affect the color of the leather. A deep scrubing brings back the original color and I haven't seen any ill effects from it.

The latest thing I've noticed is that the leather really abosrbs (or whatever) the color of your clothing if you sit on it within 24 hours of using Lexol cleaner. Has anyone else experienced this? It doesn't say anywhere in the instuctions that you have to let it sit for a couple of days.
The stuff works wonders so I'm going to keep using it, but it is annoying that I can't drive it until the next day. The first time I thought it was a fluke. The second time got irritating. Maybe I'll stick to khakis for a few days the next time I clean it.

Yes I either let it sit in the sun in my driveway for a couple of days or I wipe it down before I sit on it.
