What do you use to clean and protect your leather seat?

What is best to avoid getting the hair line rankles in the leather which is so hard to clean and make the leather look old.

Better place to check and inquire would be the special interest Club Lexus group on detailing. [this subject is common for all Lexus models].

Also check with dealer parts ... they generally have a higher markup on items but I have been happy with the quality of the product they sell. Lately they have been selling something with a strong leather smell. So it may boil down to personal preferences.

Leather Master Strong Cleaner and Leather Masters Protection Cream.

By far the best I've used.

When I was in Mexico, I used to use the Turtle Wax Leather Cleaner (we didn't have much of a selection there), but I also use Lexol. They have it at Pep Boys for about $9 a bottle.

I was turned on to the Groits garage stuff and it works lovely and brings back that new car smell. I thought it was too overpriced when I purchased it but then I kept buying more and more. Now I only use their stuff. Wax works lovely, wash is squeeky clean and seems to do a much better job than the cheepo stuff at the local -Mart. I find that each time I purchase something new from there, I am in love with it.
Interior cleaner works well on carpets, leather cleaner-great. vinyl and plastic cleaner conditioner much better than the oils in other products which give off a shiny luster and make it hard to see thru window due to glare.
love it, try it.
