Just found club lexus today
I just bought a new(well a 98) gs400
i already have the mod bug(funny how even witha 300hp car you can want more)
i was wondering what the first basic performance upgrade that I can do is
Also is anyone aware of a turbo package that can be easly put in with out totally gutting the engine?

Yeah, like the others said, cruise back through each of the Forums until you come across something that interests you, then read all you can.

Start playing around with the Search function - its not a precision tool, but you can make it work.

search terms for starters:
exhaust
intake
suspension
brakes
tires

You get the idea.

Try to do at least one search before posting a question - we've gone over a ton of material, usually more than once.
