Most parts stores sell gaskets for almost all Lexus models.. Check with your local parts store. And yes, i would replace the throttle body gasket, and the gasket for the first part of the intake plenum. If youre going to have it all apart, you might want to consider spark plugs and wires at the same time.
is there any upgraded wires that i can buy?
my local part stock doesnt carry it and i dont want to go to auto, pep boys and or strauss. they have the dumbest employees..
im about to go to the dealer
thanks for the quick response..

Im not sure about aftermarket wires for the SC3, thats really not my game, but im sure there are some out there. Personally, i would stick with a set of OEM wires, plugs, and gaskets.. only because you know they're going to fit right the first time and work properly.
i just ordered denso iridium plugs and Eneos 5w40 oil
i was looking at Magnacore wires or nology wires for a NA supra or maybe just NGK their $200 cheaper hahah
i know i can get the cap and rotor locally..

Good choice on plugs... those expensive wires wont get you anything special as far as extra power or anything. Thats why i say stick with OEM wires, or the NGK would work too
Good luck!
Good luck!
