I heard many great things about the Techstreams. We are looking to invest one in a couple of months. I actually like the new TIS, love the search function. It would be nice if they include the labor rate. With the Techstreams we can do a lot more.

You can access flat rate manual form the tis, not sure what version you have but when you are in the tis you go to reference or tech reference, it will ask make model and year, then go to warranty group and it will display flat rate manual. hope that helps you out.

The TIS we have access to is for Indepedent. Lexus and toyota dearlership have more access than us.
