How do you replace the rear wiper insert on the RX330? I couldn't fnd an easy way to remove the wiper blade from the arm. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?

It it's like the RX300 (even my 1972 Mercedes was identical), you need to first slide out the stainless steel long, thin pieces on each side of the insert. I usually grab them with pliers. Then, the insert is easily removed from the prongs. Assembly is just the reverse. It only takes a mechanic about a minute each.

The rear wiper is different from the front wiper. How do you remove the REAR wiper blade from the arm?

Remove the plastic cap at the base of the wiper arm first this cap covered up the bolt that hold the wiper arm to rear hatch). Then you just lift up the wiper arm and slide out the wiper blade.

Thank you for the reply VVT-i!
I was able to remove the plastic cover that covers the bolt and lift the wiper arm away from the glass. Now this is where I'm confused... just pull the insert out from the wiper blade? or how do you slide the wiper blade out?
Please help me understand.
