Default Rear wiper broke

Hi all,
My friend has a RX 330 and her rear wiper stopped working. I can hear the motor sound but the wiper arm just hanging without moving. Can anyone help me to see if its a easy fix to change a part ? Thanks!

There is a cap that covers the pivot for the rear wiper assembly. You have to remove this to change the blade or insert. Pop this off, just be careful as it can be delicate. Just grab along the edges and pull out and up gently.

Once the cap is off you will have a good view to see if the pivot part of the wiper arm is moving or not, if the bolt is loose, or if something is broken.
