someone please help !!!
i just bought a 98 gs400 yesterday and today i changed the oil, and cleaned the battery terminals, when i went to start it, it was hard to start and the engine light and vsc lights were on. the engine also was idling at about 2000rpm, i checked the code and it was p1128 throttle control motor lock malfunction does anyone have any idea what this is all about?

hey man... wish i could help.. but i have no idea what could be the problem..!
i read that removing the TRC fuse eliminates the speed limiter ( 180 km/h) on the ARISTO...once i removed the Traction control fuse from the fuse board and started the car... it was idling @ 3000 rpms
my heart fell on the floor.. so it never works !
check the fuses maybe somthing over there... the VSC fuse or somthing.. !
