Default EFI Fuse!

Ive searched and found many possibilities on this but this problem just sparang up, haven't done anything new to the car BTW. It died today thought it was FP took it out seemed ok no voltage was getting there, so I pulled all the fuses and notice the EFI fuse blown, basically if my engine is warmed up this fuse will blow, I'll pop a new one in start it drive as soon as I let completely off throttle car dies and fuse is blown. Need Help ASAP

Think I might have found it turbo housing melted some O2 wires, I'll take it for a spin see what happens
