There is an open circuit on the ETCS. Check the fuse for this particular component in the fuse box under the hood. What, When, How were the conditions made the CEL on? Can the car accelerate properly? Describe the condition

I checked the ETCS 15amp fuse already and nothing was blown.
About a month ago, I wanted to bring my car out of storage, I charged my battery and put it back into my car. After doing so, I started my car and realized that none of my gauges worked including the center temp console. I then checked the fuses and saw that the 120A fuse was blown, replaced it, not a big deal. Then started my car again and pressed on the throttle and there was nothing... When I put my car into Drive, I would hear a 'clunck' sound and then it would roll forward and the same when I put it into Reverse. But again, absolutly no throttle AT ALL!
I tried to erase the code 3 times and it would just come back again and again.
Now the 'check engine' light is on as well as the 'VSC' and 'VSC ON" lights are on.
If anyone can help me out, that would be great!!!

The throttle body and the throttle sensor is a common culprit for these cars. It's on recall for some cars. I think you are going to have to change that ETCS sensor because that is your throttle sensor. There is a post about this. Try searching. There is a DYI for this. GL!
