Default Which dealer to take my car to for service?

I have my 15k service coming up soon....but can't decide on where to go...

Talked to Longo, Crown and South Bay Lexus...

Longo - can get me my rental, but their service is

Crown - they can't give a call back for the life of them. I left 4 messages and NEVER got a call back.

South Bay - never did anything there, but they can't give me a loaner nor have some one drop me off at work (if I go here...I would take it in on Sat and I work about 10 mins from their dealership)

Anyone got any feedback on these dealers (minus Longo)?

Or should I just take it to a local mechanic and have the work done?

Also, FYI I bought the car from Longo (and probably the last car I buy from them).

15k service = change oil and oil filter, replace cabin air filter, rotate tires, and a zillion inspection items that won't be inspected. The dealer should be able to do it while u wait, or take it to a trusted mechanic. None of the items is rocket science. Good luck.

$250??? You're right. I just noticed your signature. Either haggle with the dealer, or (if I were you) take it to a trusted independent shop.
