Ignition greasing/lighting/cover replacement ?

Ignition greasing/lighting/cover replacement ?
I've got a couple of ignition key questions.
1) Should I grease the ignition key slot? What about the door locks? If so, should I use WD40 or white lithium grease?
2) How do I change the green light on the ignition key slot?
3) The ignition slot cover that's labeled with the ON/START/etc. keeps falling off. I try and twist it in and it still won't stay. I'm thinking of replacing it because it's scratched up. If I replace it, what is the part number and does it stay on?
