Default Key hole cover

Hi, I was wondering if there was a cover for the key hole with a hole for the actual key so I won't have to remove it in case I need to for when my keyfob battery is dead?

Thanks

there is a slot on the bottom side of the cover where you can insert the key.
simple removal and snaps back on.

I'm aware of that, just wondering if there was a replacement with the key hole.

Why would you not want the cover there? What an eye sore.....all you have to do is pop the cover off use the key and put it back on.

He's just saying he wants a cover with a hole in it, similar to some other Lexus models (like the 3IS). I took a quick peek to see if I could find any covers like that, but I didn't have much luck in the parts catalogs. Might take another look later.

(I agree that I would rather it be covered, but it's not covered on a lot of cars, I wouldn't call it an eyesore myself).

I've had my car 7 years, and I've never had to pop the cover off to get in the car...

Replace the Fob battery every year, and no issue.

To me personally it is an eyesore when it's not needed. If I lived in a state that doesn't have a front license plate holes in my bumper would be an eyesore.

I could understand it being a pain if you needed tools to take it off.

So glad I don't need a front plate.

Well it's my sisters lexus, I showed her what to do if her battery dies, but I don't think she'll remember it. That's the main reason I asked.
