Hi everyone, I have an 18 LX 570 with cabernet interior, I misplaced the 2nd-row center headrest. I spoke to Lexus and they told me the replacement one would cost over $500, any suggestions where I can get one at a reasonable price? Also, does 3rd row come with the center headrest?

The third row does have a center headrest. The back of the seat has a zippered pouch. The headrest in stored in this compartment.
Best of luck finding a 2nd row replacement. You may want to check ebay or salvage yards for one.
You may want to find the headrest in a different color and get an upholstery shop to match the cover. If it is a lighter color, then it can be "painted" to match.
Mine was found missing its 3rd row center seat headrest at time of delivery, hence the dealer got me a new one and was told it could cost $600. If the dealer wouldn't have gotten me one, I would buy one from an online Lexus OEM retailer. With such a nice new vehicle, I personally would prefer everything OEM.

Yes, everything OEM is good, but if he can find a headrest from an LX in a different color, then color matching is no big deal and is still OEM.
