Sounds like you have a bad amplifier. Mine went out about 6 months ago. Sent it to United radio and they repaired it for about $600

Somehow I didn't see this. I am having the same issue. Should I still be able to hear nav directions and phone calls if the amp died? I get no music or DVD audio but phone and nav works for audio.

You ship your component, they repair and test it, then it's shipped back to you.

Your link obviously will not connect...why all the ******'s??

Sorry about the link. I guess it's due to my low post count. http: //www.united radio. com/

Yes, on their website it tells you where to ship it or you can call them and let them know you are shipping it. I had a car audio place remove my unit and reinstall it after it was repaired for about $50. They will call you once they receive the unit and let you know the cost to fix it. Once that is done, you have your unit back in about two days. For me, the whole process took about 5 days from the time I shipped it to when I received it back.

In order to get the unit out, the seat has to be removed. My wife had spilled a bottle of water and some got down into the amp.

If if you have any sound coming from your unit, it’s probably not the AMP. I didn’t have anything playing. No NAV, Bluetooth.

Thanks for the extra details. I am trying to troubleshoot before pulling the amp but it is good to know of this if I need to go that route.
