Need to have the code reader to determine what is the possible cause rather just simple to stop the blink. That particular combination of lights, most like indicated some parts of the emission system malfunction. The DTC code will point you to which part in exactly.
The dealership has diagnosed the same, it needs B1 S1 Air Fuel Sensor, cost me $145 for the diagnosis that Autozone did for free. In order to replace the sensor, it will cost me $632.00 and 145 of the diagnosis will be counted towards the replacement job. I have checked with another mechanic in the neighborhood and they said they will charge 350 - 400 for a DENSO Sensor, which comes out to be the same thing as the dealership in terms of cost at this point. I may just go to the dealership since it is Genuine Lexus part and has 2 years Warranty. Didn't think it will cost $650 bucks for the job, I was told it goes bad a lot and typically when any of these sensors are bad the car goes into limping mode.
You can order direct from Denso, the OEM for Toyota/Lexus. Notice that you're getting "violated" as the online cost is $114.00 + shipping.
Were I you, I'd find myself a good independent shop that specializes in Lexus/Toyota vehicles. "It goes bad a lot" is equine excrement. Once connected to the truck, Toyota's TIS system will find the issue in less than half a minute. If you were diy handy, an O2 sensor socket runs around another $20 or so, nice to have but not absolutely necessary. Total time including coffee while you work should run less than 30 minutes.
I'm having the same problem on 2010, 85K miles, this happened the day after new tires installed. Checked the battery, R&R gas cap, drove 4lo, disconnect the battery to reset but nothing worked. according to a shop the knock sensor went out. P033D Knock Sensor 4 Circuit High
This is followup on my previous issue; got it fixed today by local Toyota mechanic. Not sure what type of vermin got in there nesting but chewed up several wires on knock sensors, cost almost $400 inducing parts. Only thing bothers me right now is that the trans shifting got more noticeable on the way home. Time to go fishing again.
Apparently, some Toyota wire in some vehicles used a soybean based insulation material. It's attractive to rodents.
I sold wire and cable for 20+ years, and it's the first time I've heard of soybean insulated wire.
We live in an area with tons of rodents. My avatar takes care of the garage and around the house, and she's got backup outside with 6-7 feral hunters. No rodents in the garage in 15 years.
