Default Warning lights

So I adjusted the ride height on my front 2 coilovers last night. Only lowered the front end about 1/2" and all seemed to go well. This morning I go to leave for work and I have "Check ABS system", " Check PCS system" and "Check BSM system" warning lights on. I also noticed when I was backing out of a gas station I had an error to the rear of the vehicle on the BSM display. Anyone ever have these issues?

Get the trouble codes read to figure out what the problem is, that is what they are for. The cheap scan tool at a parts place may not be able to read the abs computer but if the check engine light is lit it should be able to read a code.

No CEL. Just the ABS, flashing PCS and the master warning light. The gauge cluster cycles the check ABS/PCS/BSM systems.

There is a TON of control integration on these cars for the steering and brakes. Could be any number of things with any of the dozen sensors and handful of control computers so its best just get the code(s) read to help pinpoint the problem.
Short of that a couple of things you can do for starters. First a quick visual inspection of what could have been messed with when you did the work. Second, return it back to where they were before to see if the problem goes away.
Usually going to be something you missed or damaged when you did the work.
