I agree. Same with ATF. Simple and maybe $40-50 in Toyota AHC fluid.
Yes, it is 60K. As I've posted before, I tend to go by either time interval or mileage, whichever occurs first.
As to the OP, wife drives an '01 LX with around 190K. Zero issues with AHC, fluid changed every 30K, all 4 corners have pressure at the midpoint of Toyota's acceptable range.
