Default Cracked and peeling wood trim

My wood trim is coming off in multiple places. I am considering changing color as well. Where is a good place to get replacements?

Mine is split and peeling off above the seat memory buttons. Like to know if anyone has an easy solution to gluing it back down?

What year is your LX570? STILL under warranty, right?

On our prior gen 2000 LX470.......the steering wheel wood started showing very fine cracks on the 11th year and 200+K miles. We traded in 2013 with 280+K miles for a new LX570. AT the time, the dash and all door trims and leathers are in EXCELLENT condition. Only the steering wheel had issues.

I have a 2011 that was out of warranty. Mine cracked right by the seat heating / cooling controls in front of the gear shift by the ash tray. I brought it in to the dealer and they did a 'one time good will' replacement of the entire wood trim piece around the ash tray. Thanks to some on this thread for the advice - just got it back on Friday.

Mine is a 2011 and is OUT OF WARRANTY. the dealer completely hooked me up - it was a $1,000 fix.

Well, I'm not paying $1,000 so I guess I'll live with it.

did you ask the dealer for a ‘one time good will’ fix? It’s worth a shot b/c they obviously recognize that it’s a systemic problem - they fixed it for me.

No, haven't asked. Really doesn't bother me that much, and plan to trade in another 50,000 miles or so

I had a crack on the wood trim directly facing the passenger but was told $1150 (I'm in Australia). 2008 LX570
After months of disbelief, I found a place in Brisbane that replaced it and the two door trims (one starting to peel) for $300. Bargain!!
Really good match too.

Same problem here, seat controls (both sides), dash above glovebox, piece around ash tray. All lifted and peeling. 2011 with 102K miles. I don't expect Lexus would do anything about it.
