Default Third Row Seat Rattle

I have a rattle coming from the third row seats when they are in the stored position. It is mainly when I hit rough roads and uneven terrian. Anyone else experiencing this/ If so what did you do to remedy the issue?

I had this problem from day one in my 2008 LX. After about six months of complaining, my service rep told me that Lexus had issued a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) about it. I brought it in, they fixed it at no cost and I was on my way. Still quiet today.

Do you recall or have record of the TSB number? I tried searching and can't find anything on it. Much appreciated.

I'd call a Lexus dealer and inquire.

Since I do not have the need to transport small children or "little people", I removed both third-row seats within an hour or so of getting the truck home. Far easier to carry the border collie and cattle dog, not to mention mounting a dog barrier between the cargo area and second row seat.

Some time on the NHTSB website should show you what you need, or a call to Lexus customer care.
