Default Photos from a recent road trip.

Hello everyone, I recently had the privileged of taking a 2013 LX570 on a road trip from Los Angeles CA to Colorado Springs CO. It was about 1,100 miles and took us about 16hrs, only stopping for gas. Even though I'm not an expert at rating cars, I would probably put this SUV on the top of the list for comfort and amenities. Radar CC, NAV, and BT all worked beautifully, and seat comfort was excellent (no complaints for legs falling asleep).

Anyways, just wanted to share a couple of photos with you all.

I couldn't agree more.

I took a 1 day trip to Las Vegas from Los Angeles and my 2013 LX 570 rides like a dream.
I had it on sport mode and just cruised from the 210 to the 15. Passed a few sandstorm and windstorm in 110+ heat. Good thing the LX had a cooler which keep my water nice and cold.

Default Great shots, exactly what this vehicle is made for.

Can't wait to take a trip in my LX that direction... Really, this is what it's all about.

Great shots and nice report.

Makes me wonder why I ever left Colorado!

Now, I need to find a trip to take in my 2013. I just topped 200+ miles (was out of town for 10 days, hanging out with a fleet of Lexus at Blackberry Farm), so maybe I just need to drive the danged thing...

With my Landcruiser (2000), I made several trips from Phoenix to/from Napa, and really liked that truck too. I found that it could hold 13 styro-shippers of wine, if I dropped my wife off at SFO to fly back. I think that the LX will have less capacity, due to the 3rd row seats (removed in the Landcruiser), but then my wine cellar is overflowing, so do not think I need THAT much more wine.

Thanks for sharing,

Hunt
