Default Condensor fan wont stop running

I mistakenly order a cooling fan relay, which doesn't even relate to my problem My condensor fan runs continuously, enough that it kills my battery. I pulled the fuse, but don't know where to go from here. Help is appreciated on my 99 LX 470

I'll be damned if I can find what controls the condenser fan hopefully someone else knows. The fan runs even with the key off?

Found a wiring diagram go to page 57. The condenser fan relay is controlled by the A/C amplifier looks like that is somewhere under the dash passenger side.

Excitedly, I downloaded and began printing before I realized it's an entire electrical manual!! Plus, it says it's for a LX570 so I'm not sure it's gonna help, but thanks for your attempt

That's the closest I could find. The 470 also has A/C amplifiers as shown here. You didn't answer the question if the fan runs with the key off.

Sorry I missed your question, and yes, it runs with the key off, running my battery down, so I've been pulling the fuse. Thanks for the diagram. I'll try and follow up, but may have to concede that I'm over my head on this

Were you ever able to get this fixed? My daughters 2005 RX had a Engine Cooling Module fail. I replaced it, and now the fans turn on when the car is shut off (key out of the ignition). Replaced the ECU with a second unit from Autozone and have the exact same issue. Temp sensor seems fine, and I plugged in a new temp sensor (didn't install it). With the car running, the fans turn off until the car gets up to temperature or if you turn on the AC. AC Blows cold.
