Default Non-run flat tires

I plan to start looking at non run flat tires for my LS500 (2018) with 20" rims. Any recommendations from people who have had their tires for a while and how did you handle the non spare tire issue? Is there a recommendation on what to buy and keep in the trunk?

Thanks

I got rid of my run flats right after I bought my 2018 LS500h. Put Michelin Latitude tires on it. I bought a flat tire repair kit from Griots Garage (https://www.griotsgarage.com/12v-tir...repair-system/) just in case. Never had to use it. The ride and handling is super nice compared to the run flats.
