Default Which buttons am i missing
I thought i had a "loaded" car but there are two blank switches. What are those for?

I am wondering the same! I would guess that it could be related to the hybrid models, because the blank switch in the center console (where seats, sun shade, suspension buttons are) is for the EV mode

Nope, my car is a LS 500h (hybrid)
Here is my "EV" button.

I found three versions of this button module when clicking around the Toyota parts catalog but there may be more. Here is a diagram of one with functions for all four buttons.
