If you haven't already, I would suggest using the SOS button in the car to ask them to help troubleshoot it. When I had an issue, the regular Enform support people told me that the best technical support for Enform Remote is through the SOS button. I did that and they were able to re-initiate it and fix it for me in about 20 minutes. The dealership wasn't really any help.

I will say i was impressed at first when I got it, then my friend who has the Acura link made me see how outdated the Lexus Enform is and the lack of capabilities.
