Question about Climate Concierge
Hello,
I own a 2025 LS luxury package.
I do have climate concierge set up; it’s actually a nice system, and I know how it’s designed to work, but I notice that when I turn off the system entirely, the rear seat cooling vents continue to operate. I have to reach around and turn them off manually. Yes, a first world problem, and yes, I’ve read the manual cover to cover. What am I missing?

I guess no one else experiences this. Oh well. I’ll keep digging and try and find a solution.
Sorry I can’t help you with that one, that feature isn’t on my car. If it were me I would get together with the IT guy the next time it’s in for service. It’s probably a setting buried deep in a submenu somewhere.
Thank you kindly; exactly what I’ll do…
BTW, I assumed Climate Concierge was standard on all late model LS’s.

Yes, I believe they are, and I will check in to that. I just wonder if turning auto off for the rear screws up the Concierge settings, but I’ll experiment.
Thanks.
no turning off auto shouldn’t mess with the concierge. You can confirm by going into the menu to make sure it’s still on once you turn auto off. You can also press the talk button on the steering wheel and ask it “turn on concierge” it will either say turned on or already turned on….
Climate concierge won’t work for me. My passenger constantly fiddles with the vents, the controls, the t’stat. Gotta have it hot. Uses seat heater in summer too. I traded trucks a few years ago just to get dual A/C. She still fiddled with the controls.
Even the dog was hot.
