Climate concierge

From reading the manual about climate concierge it seems that it is supposed to work in 4 zones. On my vehicle when I turn on climate concierge, it turns off the rear HVAC system, and if the rear passengers try to select a temperature it turns of climate concierge. Is this system functioning correctly?
