Default Control Arm attachment issue

Hello,
I've learned a whole lot on this forum -- I really appreciate all of the expertise here - thanks!

I have a 2014 LS460 AWD Base - got new tires and when they went to do an alignment they said my front lower rear control arms were bad. I know a mechanic who has done other work for me, tuneups and the like who said he could replace the control arms. When he went in control arm was fused to something and despite using a blowtorch to loosen it up it wouldn't come out. So then he ended up cutting the piece. Problem is he doesn't know what piece it is, when I showed it to the parts department @ lexus, they didn't know what piece it was (or more likely didn't seem to want to help). I've attached some pictures of it -- can someone help me figure out what this thing is so he can attach the new control arm to the car?

Apparently the outer shell is in the new control arm, but he needs the pieces on either end holding it together? Also picture makes it look bronze, but its actually closer to chrome/silver color if that helps!

That's the eccentric bolt and the control arm sleeve, they usually rust/fuze together like that.

Thanks a lot for your help -- based on this diagram, it is the 48068/48069 and 94151 for the nut? I can't seem to find the sleeve? Are those the only parts?

Thanks!

It is for AWD, the sleeve is a separate part.
