What year and how many miles on car? You may have worn ball joints, wheel bearings or other suspension parts (control arms) causing the pull. These are common wear items on the LS. An alignment won't overcome these issues.
Bring it to a repair shop that specializes in Japanese cars. They will know what to look for and how to do it properly.
BTW, I see you had some control arms replaced. Did they change the ball joints too? At 147k, they are probably worn.

I aligned my car at Tiretownfair (I think that is the name) and a Lexus dealer, there is literally no difference in quality of ride or tire wear.
I would check all tires and make sure that pressure is what is should be in all tires.

You can even request a more aggressive camber and caster if you tell the dealer exactly what you want, at least in my case I can.....
