Folks, what are the pros and cons of this year range over the earlier pre-facelift model? Also, are there any major mechanical issues with this MY?

I would say the issues that plagued the early years, like sticky interior, control arms, etc have long been taken care of by Lexus in the 2013-2017 version. The pros would be the 12.3" screen and a slightly updated interior. The tech is dated, but sufficient. The 13-15 have a spit screen and you can't change it.

They are just straight up superior to the earlier cars, excepting price.

Do they come with on-demand power folding mirrors? My garage entrance may warrant it.

Dimensions below do not account for the mirrors.
200-205″ L x 74″ W x 58″ H

The side mirrors do fold. I can't say that's for every model and if you need them to fold, you'll just push a button on the door armrest.
