Wondering in this forum, when it states 2016 /17, is it the calendar Build Year this is referring to, or the so-called Motor Year (MY)? And what's the difference between the two in terms of features?

 

I think when people talk about the 4RX there are referring to the fourth generation of the RX350. That would include 2016 and up models. Year of build date doesn't really matter. Some 2016 models were built in late 2015 as some 2017 models were built in 2016.
