No pics, I realized how dumb that was. I figured it would be disconnecting and re-connecting the wires
also I dug around for an hour and saw nothing

I’m newb and just learned why before and after pics matter..the video is not the same vehicle and thus only proving to be a general guide

Well, with the length that it is. it an only go to something close, if it was connected at all.

That’s what I figured but found nothing it would connect to..can I start up the car without the airbag connected?

All steering wheel controls are working I did check with the vehicle in the on position but did not fire up the engine

If you turn the key to ON it will trigger the SRS system and will require a code reader to reset.

Did you disconnect the battery?

Yes, I just disconnected battery after checking all steering wheel systems function properly. How long should I wait after disconnect battery to reinstall airbag?

Man, I don't know. Wait for someone else to chime in. I've never played with that system.
