those wires go to the clock spring itself I just did mine twice because first one didn’t have all of the inputs and I had harnesses hanging just like you. I sent back and searched around for correct one that allows all of the connectors and replaced. Those other connectors are for heated steering wheel, torque angle sensor and something else

Are the wires you're grasping from within/underneath the steering column? If so, then it's similar to the white plug in my photos. That plug is taped so short to the other wire bundles that it's not really able to connect to anything else. I haven't had any codes, warning lights, or issues.

you’re missing a connector input next to the yellow one. I believe it’s used if your car scale equipped with certain packages so you may not have dynamic cruise or something
