I purchased the generic techstream and hooked it up. This is what I got
Does anyone know by looking at it what the values are supposed to be? My ride is really rough and rocky, I tried to adjust the "comfort" mode switch being off and it won't let me know.
Thanks everyone in advance for their help.

Your sensor and after height adjust reading are too high making the suspension stiff. I'm actually having the same issue and am in the process of trying to correct it.
One of his Actuators was "unplugged" causing the issue, how would I test for this?
Thanks
I've read all the relevant threads on the issue. The front actuators are easy to check. You just have to remove the plastic covers under the hood and remove the strut tower caps. There should be 3 14mm nuts in each one. Carefully lift them up and you should be able to verify if they are connected. The rears are a bit more challenging to check but doable. You have to remove the rear seat bottoms and backs, then you can lift up the rear shelf and brace it with something to give you enough clearance to unscrew the nuts.
I haven't completely resolved my issue but I have adjusted the sensor links and ran the height offset utility a couple times but I'm not quite there yet. Suspension issue take a lot of time and patience to resolve on your own that's why most ppl just go to the dealership. Of course their answer is that you need new this and that and I refuse to just change parts with no guarantee that it will did the problem.
Dealer...Took it to local dealer here in Fresno Cali, battery died while I was in service check in line.
1. Reserved a "Free appointment" where I put on there that it would be for my suspension when I showed free turned out to be worth $180 which I assumed
2. When battery was dead in line the guy checking me in asked for $90 we can test your battery. I was taken aback I said no just roll it in if you have to
3. The service guy came to jump it and put the cables on the wrong posts
4. They called me next day and told me they don't have a spare battery to test so I had to go and take battery to get replacement for 1 week old battery at O'Reillys
5. Called to tell me the alternators the problem service "sales guy" said the alternators is not putting out enough power. I said I am coming to get it. While signing me out without charge he had me sign something saying alternator is so hot that it might start on fire and he wanted me to understand that. At which point I drove it straight to my buddys shop who put a tester on battery and was showing me how the alternator was giving it enough power.
So we jumped in car and drove 5 hours out of town and back for new years eve in it hasn't burst in flames yet. So I don't know where to turn to. I have posted on here if anyone knows a shop in Cali I am 3 hours from LA and Bay area would love to take it there to pay someone to have them tell me what's wrong with it...
2 common causes of dead battery are failing alternator and/or failing battery. The fact that you were able to jump start the car and continue driving without stalling, points to a failing battery. I would strongly recommend find a place to test the battery so know for sure.
Alright I took the drivers side apart from top and noticed the actuator wasn't snapped on one of the clips was off and inside the top of strut. So I took apart the other side to see what it should look like together. I pinched the clips because they were "stretched out" and installed properly. Now I am not maxed out at dampning reading they are all back down to 1.
I was able to do a test or what have you which I was unable to do before.
I drove around the neighborhood but it wasn't any softer of a ride then what it was before. Am I supposed to tune these?
Is there a way I can test the Actuators using my multi-meter or something?
Thanks
Here you go.

My clips were off the front actuators also, this seems to be pretty common. Over time they lose tension which allows the actuator to move around and eventually shake itself loose. They don't sell the clips separately so your options are to buy new ones or take a chance on used ones from Ebay which also might have worn out clips. I've removed my actuators and the all tested good, other than that there is not much more you can do.
Hooked up Techstream today and the Dampeners are back to the dreaded 17 !!!
I took top of drivers side strut off to make sure the actuator was on there correctly and it was.
ANyone have any ideas?
Thanks
They are supposed to be at 17 while parked or stopped at a light. Have you taken the car for a drive while running Techstream to monitor what they are doing in real time.
How hard was it to take out the back seats to access the top panel to see if the rear actuators were connected?
Wifes out of town this weekend I have time I was going to try to tackle this as the next step. I have the executive package with ottoman so I am a little intimidated but I will snoop around...

Do me a favor and stop posting the same question in multiple threads within the same forum. It's ok to ask the same question in the 3rd gen forum but not in multiple threads within this forum. It makes it confusing for me at least to try to help you through the process. Not too difficult but challenging.First you have to figure out how to lift the seat bottom out without deforming the cushion which is damn near impossible. other than that you just need to create enough space btw the rear shelf to get a socket or ratcheting wrench in there.
The reason why the multiple threads is there are members I found who don't look at the general posting but if they were involved in that thread they will get an email. I am more likely to get a response from these people if I reply directly to their thread.
Yes sir, I have taken it for a ride and nothing changes.
When I took apart the front drivers side actuator was unclipped and I tensioned the clip and reinstalled the actuator.
Is there a correct way of doing this? I mean I was thinking the way the bar from the shock goes up into the actuator maybe I rotated it to its end so when I put it back together it tried to "open up" and it couldn't because it was twisted already. Does that make sense?
