I don't think I ever took that front passenger actuator off before testing it. Last week I took off rubber cap to see how it was put together because the drivers side actuator was off and a clip was loose in top of shock.

I did however grip it to see the tension of how tight it was so I can see how tight the drivers side off should be.

ANYWAY if I can get them all done for $1K it's something I am going to have to do in the next year or two anyway the car has 80K miles and I drive close to 50K a year for work so better just to get them all done now then later...

Alright Chief what's next pulled out all the actuators and tested and all within spec. The only thing that was off about all 4 corners was the oil I found in the front right.

I remember reading on other thread about how there is a controller or something behind the glove box I can test.

Thanks again for your help

I was reading on another thread that I could scan the car and get a faulty code?

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...n-failure.html

Air suspension control module 89293-50111

Maybe I will put everything back together and scan

I put everything back together and plugged in techstream

I got a reading for a code of one of the modules i just plugged back in. I cleared it. Looked at the live data screen and dampers all went back to 1 from 17. I can't test drive it seats are at upholstery getting redone...

I tried to do active tests on the Solenoid and as soon as I turn it "On" 2 seconds later it turns to Off by itself.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Long time no response?

Where you able to figure it out?

I took my car to a local car guy who's an electrical genius.

The height adjustments were too high like you stated. Its hard to understand exactly what he said because he's Russian english is not at all fluid for him. but I believe he said that he ran the initialization and returned the settings to factory specs. The car adjusts while driving in techstream and runs about 30-40 smoother, not at all the "Cadillac" air floaty feel I thought it was going to be but better then the stiff settings.

I will attach the documents he gave me in hopes this might help someone in the future.
