TPMS Replacement by Discount Tire?

So just a fallow up on my experience where I was overcharged by Discount Tire.
I called another one of there stores in my area. The confirmed the price to replace a TSPM is only 25.00 if I supplied the sensor. Not the 54.00 I was charged. Next I called the regional office and made a complaint. Was told someone would call me back. Never heard anything.
I am editing this post. Since I finally heard back from them. And they went above what I expected to solve the problem and correct it.

Email the corporate email. It gets forward to the responsible store who should get back with you. Sometimes it takes a week. I’ve filed complaints before and it usually gets resolved. Had a discount service guy that put tires on my car that didn’t have the load rating on the tires that he represented. The store replaced the entire set for me without charge with the tire that I had originally asked for. I do go to the million dollar store so I guess they had the means to cover it.

I myself now consider them crooks and will not use or recommend again. Must have seen it was a lexus. And partly my fault since I was in a rush and just expected the same price others were getting. For others just make sure you get a price in writing and dont expect much customer service if you do have a problem.

Changing my review of Discount tire. And back to recommending them. Also had a previous purchase with my 4 runner and was completely happy. On my LS they dropped the ball but I am now more than happy with the way they handled the problem and corrected the problem.
Also feel any other place could also have the occasional employee that is not very good. But at least I know they actually care and will handle the problem. So I will continue to use them .
