2010 - 2 annoying things with clock - help please
Got my interior panels replaced and they must have disconnected my battery (not sure why) because my clock time is off by 6+ hours. Two issues:
1) Clock is very dim- so dim that I can't see it during daytime. How do I adjust the brightness for the clock? I see how to brigthen my instrument cluster and separately how to brighten the nav unit (through a menu on the nav system), but I can't get either of those to adjust the clock being so dim.
2) I can't get the time to change on the clock. It's saying it's in "GMT" mode and when I try to switch to "eastern" and make any other edits (daylight savings, auto adjust clock, etc) nothing will save. Have tried with the car in Park, Neutral (stopped), and while driving and getting same result of complete inability to make modifications.
Hoping someone can help.

Resurrecting an old thread, but did anyone get this resolved? I can't turn off the clock auto adjust off in order to manually set the clock. I cannot change any setting (time zone or DST) and save them. It just defaults back. 2010 LS460. Clock is also incredibly dim as described in the first post.
