I been trying to find some one that has done this to a 2010 is250 nav with reverse camera??

 

I was told by a dealer yesterday the 2010 NAV would be operational while moving. Is that not accurate?

 

No--I had a 2010 loaner with nav. You can access some features, but not the stuff that's locked out in the prior gen.

 

Can you be more specific, please? Could you enter destinations at all? That would be the biggest thing. Or is it exactly the same as previous years? How about the overall usefulness? My biggest pet peeve is it's lack of ability to show me upcoming street names. Really, the lack of street names displayed overall bugs me greatly.

 

2010 Navigation, is limited.

Bluetooth: Can access speed dials
music - can access whatever that shows up on screen, so if u have a list of songs showing, that 6 rows will be visible

navigation - previous history, and address book (whatever that can be seen on screen, you have to stop car, to roll the next list).

 

Wow i just want my music unlocked. i have 09 nav

 

Hey Josh, since you have an '09 you still have the older nav and can just do the wire cutting hack to unlock music. There's also the plug and play module from Prestigious Society, but I already have it so don't copy me.
