insulating engine cover

I've been cleaning my engine bay and am trying to decide do I reuse the OEM dirty insulation on the engine covers or use a new aftermarket sound barrier? What does everyone do?

I wouldn't risk adding anything. The engine insulation cover does little to muffle sound.
