Oh. My. Gawd.
When I do a change, it's all of it. No pressure, beyond what the internal pump supplies.
Think two buckets, one going to the cooler, one going to the trans. Vinyl hoses on both, let it idle until the right color comes out of the one going to the cooler, done.
It's a little more involved than that, but not by a whole lot.
No pressure, no reverse anything, no chemicals, just a simple 1:1 swap of fluid.

Comotiger, I had very recently put plugs in my '08, so I'm ready for it. Honestly, those OEM plugs are good for 120K miles, based on my experience.
One 'accident'. Sounds like someone either backed into it, or the driver backed into something. Rear bumper cover replaced and painted, that's it, and it's per the Lexus dealer in NC. That's the only thing I could find, anywhere...which made sense.
Autocheck claims it had unibody or frame damage back in '14, which I'm skeptical about, because the times/mileages don't work if you figure it was off the road for a month for said damage. I've had reports on other cars I've owned come back with mistakes, too, so it wouldn't surprise me if it were a mistake. Even if it isn't, there's no way someone is doing a hack fix on a leased $100K car which is 18 months old.
I'm going over it with a fine toothed comb when it arrives. It's getting an oil change, regardless, trans oil change, diff oil change, and everything I can think of looked at. Brakes/tires/hoses/belts...I'm putting the filters I removed from Silva in this one, too. Has an 18" spare, because of the 19" wheel option, but I know where there's one of those...
/facepalm
I'll clean the interior, then treat the leather with Leather Honey. Also, interior air filter. Probably new wiper blades...coat all the weatherstripping with this serious Honda weatherstripping stuff I got from Japan...and it should be good.
I hope the transport trip from ATL to DFW is unremarkable.
DerrickM, you know what that's from, right?

I unfortunately remember snapping at my family and yelling out " Can I have some ME time!" I regret that, so don't get into a trance working on your car forgetting about your family. Rome wasn't built in a day. Also stay safe working under your car. Use multiple car jacks!
P.S, I'd leave the transmission fluid alone. The miles are low. I'd spend the money on getting the dealer to do it and have them measure the fluid level correctly.
Taking advantage of the end of the year deals I see, and people buying crossovers now more than ever. I’m so happy for you that you found this needle in a haystack. I pray you enjoy it for many years to come. As for me I plan on keeping my car till it gives up the ghost or I do. I personally think the craftsmanship and engineering in the LS460’s are a marvel to look at and experience.
Getting the level correct could not be much easier, with it on four stands, a Techstream, and some fluid. It's dead-simple, and is, honestly, better than the dipstick method (IMO) because it's more specific about conditions.
Plus, I really do want synthetic in there.
