Default Thanks Lexus

I'll keep this short. So some time last summer I took my car to my local Lexus dealer to see if my melting panels were eligible for replacement. It took longer than it should have because the geniuses at the dealership forgot to send the photos they had taken. So about 3-4 weeks later I was told that my car was not eligible so I found another solution for the armrests since they were in the worst shape. Fast forward to this week, a little over two months after I traded in my LS460, I get a letter from Lexus corporate stating that my vehicle is now eligible for replacement of the melting interior parts. What a slap in the face. If by any chance someone has bought or buys a 2007 Noble Spinel Mica with beige interior and the ML system hit me up, your car may be eligible.

Texas008 what year is your Lexus, is it a 2009? Because we have an 09 and the door panels, glove box are sticky?

I don't have any dashboard or door panel problems but my SA told me this morning that my 08 is eligible for replacement if needed.
He said mine is eligible til 2021.

That sounds good because by drivers door panel is sticky and I've lost a small chunk of it. Hopefully Lexus will come through.

After reading this, I called my Lexus dealership. The service rep told me to bring the car in for inspection and they'll replace the interior for free. I'm going in next week and see what they'll really do. If they replace the armrests that's a huge win. If they replace it all, that's insane but extremely awesome.

I have an 09 and my melting panels are being replaced. All 4 doors, glove box and center console. Call your dealership and tell them that your LS qualifies for the ZLZ campaign. Good luck!

Thanks for the info, wonder how long did it take for the parts to come in after placing order?

Baring any work related involvement, today I take my 08 in for an assessment. Can't wait till they see my electrical tape armrest. No matter how many times I Lexal my interior, within a few hours it's streaky looking. My plan is to take it in after lunch!!

Hello,
I had my dash replaced in a 50-50 deal. Is there a number to call to see if my 2007 LS 460 qualifies for the glove box and door
trim panels, which are shinny and going bad. Dash looks great now. Please advise phone number or contact info

I called my local Lexus dealership.

I dropped my car off right after lunch. They're keeping it while they inspect the interior. Look forward to their call so I can go pick up my car and see what they say. More soon.
