See if you can push for getting the Comfort plus LS460 door panels with leather If you get all 4 replaced. It is standard on all LS600 I believe.

Just returned from the dealership. I spoke with the Service Manager. They took photos and are requesting the full interior for my car. Full interior being, all 4 door panels, dash, glove box and the small panel under the steering. Said it would take between 2 - 4 weeks to get everything in. At this point, it's a wait and see. But I feel very good about this. Considering how bad my armrest looked and how off color everything had become, this will make the interior of my car like new. Perfect to enjoy until I upgrade. Thank you Lexus.

Taking my 2007 in Thursday for door upper pieces and glove box.. I got the dash done in September. Will try to recapture my half of the cost.
Called Lexus and my vin number is in the group for the ZLZ fix.

Still waiting. The dealership expects a 1-2 month wait.

Lexus is reimbursing me. I paid $650 to replace one door panel about 3 years ago. Call Corporate and they’ll send you paperwork/requirements for refund. When approved, you’ll receive a check within 7-10 business days. Good luck!

I had to return to the dealership today. They needed to take all photos over again with a piece of paper that had the job number showing with each shot. I asked the Service Manager if it was a done deal and he said yes. I said how long and he said a couple of weeks to a month. No rush since I've lived with it this long!

Took my 08 to JM Lexus in South Florida on Monday and it was hot so the door panels were very sticky. After the inspection I was told that the parts could take up to 2 years (haha). Well I guess it will be a miracle if I get them replaced
