The fog light bulb wouldn't come out of the socket despite many tries. I am working on my passenger side fog light. I noticed there is a small white tab in the socket. I tried pushing and taking out the tab with a tweezer and screwdriver. It didn't help. I broke the tab a bit. Please see the orange circle for the white tab. I think my next step is to remove the wheel, and remove the 3 small screws.
Once I am done installing the bulb, how do we adjust the bulb? here's a video for adjusting the headlight but I am not sure about the fog light.
opened up the liner. I couldn't twist out the bulb.
decided to unscrew the cover. one screw is behind the bulb. I couldn't get it out. So this idea didn't work.
The whole fog light assembly is held by 2 10MM screws. I took out the fog light assembly. I was able to twist out the bulbs.
the LED bulbs from ebay.
Here is it in day time.
I need more clips. Anyone know the sizes?
After a few hours of work of removing covers, wheel and fog lamp assembly, it finally came out. In retrospect, i could had twisted harder and jerked it out. That's what I did on the driver side.
Ummmmm, did you even try twisting the bulb to the left? The screws are positioned such that they will prevent you going past the points at which the bulb should come out, making it pretty foolproof.

I did. eventually, both bulbs came out. I had to wiggle it, twist it. The bulbs fit in the housing very snuggly. The new LED bulbs are too loose. I am thinking of ways to stabilize the new bulbs. I don't want to use electrical tape.

the rubber grommets that are on the led bulbs are thinner than factory, see if you can switch it over from the OEM bulbs onto the led bulbs themselves, otherwise you can always buy replacement ones for cheap.

Great suggestion. Thanks. Here's what it looks like tonight. I am waiting for the headlight bulb to come in to change the headlights but I notice the LED is not as forward reaching as the HID light bulb i have now.
I would seriously recommend against modifying your headlights. When other manufacturers and aftermarket enthusiasts try to go HID, the LS 460 is what they're trying to replicate. They are as good as it gets for HID and you're unlikely to produce similar light output and control with anything you can buy aftermarket.
