I have it on my '13 (blue solid line). But the '15 and up additionally on top the blue lines, has the yellow lines that turn with your steering.

does anyone know about the 07 i thought it would have yellow green red lines like my 08 infiniti .....

No, the '07 does not have lines when backing up. If you have the self park feature it does have lines to show where the car will be parked.

I would guess that there is no hardware change for the Nav screen from the 2013 to the 2015 LS. This change in the display is likely due to software improvements. It's too bad that Lexus does not offer a software update option to enable this feature in the 2013 and 2014 LS. I have a feeling that other improvements to the Nav screen display (the ability to show the Map on the small right side screen (2015+), and the ability to show the map on the entire screen (2016+)) may also be software upgrades, but Lexus does not offer a software update. I would definitely pay up to $500 for a software update that adds these features to the 2013 and 2014 cars.

There was a substantial change in both the Nav screen hardware and software between the 2007-2012 and the 2013-2017 cars, so the parking grid lines cannot be added to the older cars.
