Over the weekend, my Nav screen suddenly turns yellow. Everything has a yellow tint even the backup camera. Does it mean the LCD is failing? Anyone else has this problem? Thanks.

 

Have you tried banging/tapping the side of the screen? If it flickers or has any effect, it may be a loose connection. Otherwise, it may be the screen has failed. This has been discussed on a Prius site. If it needs replacement, it won't be expensive. I see some on Ebay for 250-300 bucks.
