I had almost that exact same GS, same colors and package and everything.

Nice car, I liked it a lot. I'd never go back to one from the LS though.

The LS’s motor serms unique. Almost the same HP as torque. The high compression dual fuel injection variable valve timing small vi8 serms unique.

Everything else can be duplicated but I do not see the motor technology anywhere else. Especially without a turbo.

same year 08 Mercedes S550 has a 5.5 lower conpression single fuel injection 7 speed car that gets much less highway mpg,

toss in reliability and its hard to switch,

I'd give the A7 serious consideration if you could get it for that price range. Great car, fun to drive but also smooth on the highway. Nice storage space with the hatchback. Great car IMO.

Looked hard at A7's
Had one to try for a week, took it back after three days. Offered to buy a 13LS at Neptune VW for asking price. They added $4500 to the $30,900 sticker.
I've had three GS's, If I don't like it I'll move on. Really wanted a Luxury Package GS.
