Default Should I purchase a 2012 LS 460 Base

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting. I am in Canada, currently in Vancouver, and I am moving to Alberta for school. By the time I move I would like to change for a new car than my current vehicle, so I saw this 2012 LS on autotrader with no accident. The price is around 27000 canadian with around 100k km on it. Also, from carproof, I see that the services are mainly done in California. Any suggestions or consideration on this vehicle?

Thanks

Sounds pretty good. Do a prepurchase inspection check the front control arm bushings, check any leakage from water pump.
Now 2007 LS460 with around 120 k miles can be found for around $11,000.

I have a 2012 with 122,000 miles-original owner-dealer maintained every 5000 miles-no mechanical problems-sticky arm rest has recently started but other than that, it has been bullet proof. Hope to keep it for at least 200,000 miles.

Congrats! That's a good deal, for a very nice car.
During the years of driving my LS460, I do not experience any deterioration. Actually its getting better with new CA bushings and regular oil change and trans fluid refresh.
I wouldn't hesitate on buying a 07 08 year model for a good price

Should I bring it to a mechanic even though this vehicle is a certified-pre-own?

How much life do you think you can get out of this vehicle? I know the LS can last for 20 years without a single major issue, but I wonder how long do people usually keep them until change.
